#TEAMMANTALITY’S John Mojsa got the chance to fly out to Phuket, Thailand to see what the Dream Hotel & Spa had to offer for a millennial male. We are always pushing the boundaries to experience places that you guys, the readers, could potentially go and enjoy and experience.

We as a magazine realise that places like this really do seem like a distant dream and somewhere unimaginable to stay at, however we are here to tell you that this is a self-limiting belief and is massively achievable if you set it as a goal. Once you truly understand what a limiting belief is…

“Selflimiting beliefs are those things you believe about yourself that place limitations on your abilities. They may be conscious or unconscious.”

You can work towards detaching from your personal limitations and become LIMITLESS!

As you may have seen in a past article John suffered badly from anxiety, he used to be in a job he hated and lived a life of stress, struggle & sacrifice. Four years later he has continually worked on his personal development and now lives remotely working on his businesses. If he can do it so can you!

So into the review we go…

Dream Phuket Hotel & Spa is a uniquely set, a fantasy out of this world, a daydream, something that will linger in your subconscious for years to come. The hotel organised me to be picked straight up from the airport by a very friendly concierge.

The Hotel has 172 luxurious guest rooms, villas and suites each featuring modern spacious designs, and thoughtful amenities. You will be spoiled for choice, from fully equipped kitchens, to private pools and freestanding bathtubs to rain showers. Relax and allow the hotel staff to tickle your fancy.

The Ambience

The atmosphere is quiet, relaxed, and peaceful with eco-friendly walls that keep the walkways cool. From Vu the Rooftop Bar and the Infinity Pool, you get to enjoy a breathtaking panorama of tall tropical palms as they sway gently in the breeze amidst the rolling tropical hills. The clean, contemporary textures of the Hotel such as stone and natural wood complement the lush greenery that surrounds a sparkling pool.

Trilogy Restaurant

The signature restaurant tempted and charmed me with the international breakfast, convenient all-day dining and an epicurean menu packed with dinner delights. Our first breakfast was excellent, a buffet with the options between Continental, Thai, and English. From classic poached eggs to modern Thai curries and American waffles, each meal at the Trilogy is a pure and pleasurable adventure.

The Dream Beach Club

Dream Beach Club is just the hottest place to be and be seen in the Phuket area. This is a beach club comparable to none. Just a 10-minute drive from Dream Hotel, this multi-story hideout escape will trigger the wild side of any millennial male with its electric events at the nightclub or the seductive daytime parties by the pool.

With a state of the art sound system; it delivers unrivalled beats with genres such as house and dance featuring legends such as Ministry of Sound, Hed Kandi, and Soul Heaven. The staff here were amazing, Emma the manager was helpful and very friendly. Be sure to contact her when you go!

The food available is mostly Western but absolutely beautiful, I had a Philadelphia cheese pulled pork burger which was INCREDIBLY tasty!

The swim-up Pool Bar, breezy private cabanas, and sun loungers make lounging in style an effortless affair. The Pool area is outstanding and clean, complemented by good music and a fine bar.

They are open all week however Sunday is often seen as the most favourable, catering for Sunday Brunch and followed by an all-day pool party. (With dream dancers, b-boys and sunset fire show).

The Indulge

At the Indulge, you can host indoor private events where the leather-clad whiskey and cigar lounge is serviced by a charming all-female hostess team. A modern day gents…. Dream (excuse the pun).

The Gym

Dream boasts a state of the art gym that is most valuable to any millennial male aspiring to keep fit, whilst there are lots of indulgent options diet wise, it is useful to have a good gym to burn those calories off! Physical health also amplifies how strong your mental health is and it is so important to have a gym to keep up daily habits that can keep your mind in check.

They also run Yoga classes, Pilates, stretching, tai chi and personal training lessons that are available with an advanced booking.

The Sanctuary

After working hard, get your glow back at the Sanctuary. The quality of the pampering and holistic therapies you’re offered from: the spice scrubs, deep tissue massages, Ayurvedic treats, aloe wraps to mani-pedi services will put the pep back in your step in no time. This is perhaps the closest you will ever get to paradise, next to paradise itself. Come live the dream like never before.

The staff at the Spa & Services are always helpful, smiling and their communication very clear.

Social and trendy with a dash of local flare, the Dream Phuket Hotel & Spa fantasy-fueled interiors are nothing short of stunning. Here, fortune favours the bold with the perfect setting to reconnect with your sweetheart or besties, or befriend an attractive stranger or two!

To Conclude

The hotel is seamless. I have absolutely no qualms, from start to finish I was treated like royalty. Travelling can be quite stressful at the best of times, especially as someone who suffers with anxiety. To be able to feel stress free from the second I got off the plane was a god send!

The modern features such as the two pools, gym and outstanding food make this place a haven but it was the staff that truly made this experience one to remember. They go above and beyond to make sure you are catered for and for that I cannot thank them enough. Especially in South East Asia where customer service is sometimes lacking.

I rate Dream Phuket Hotel & Spa a 10 out of 10!

Many thanks to: Christine Lew, Emma Somerfield & Lemongrass PR
